Day Center for at-risk children

Heart of a Child’s Day Center for children and youth is located in one room in our central office and is a core component of our social work and counseling program.  Operated by Heart of a Child’s trained staff, the Day Center is used to help provide structure and a healthy environment for children in at-risk situations.

Students of all ages benefit from our programming and tutoring from our staff and team of volunteers.  Many of the beneficiaries are involved in Heart of a Child’s social work programs or from one of our foster care programs.
