2% campaign

To direct your 2% to Heart of a Child, please download and complete Form 230 (if your income only came from salary) or Form 200 (if your income also included independent sources).

The annual 2% Contribution Campaign is a free and easy way for Romanian citizens to help provide Heart of a Child with critical support to continue caring for at-risk youth.

Beginning in 2005, all Romanians earning a salary are allowed to direct 2% of their salary taxes directly to a non-profit organization like Heart of a Child.

By directing your 2% to Heart of a Child, you will help provide for the following:

Supporting care for abandoned children in our four Galati family homes
Caring for children and youths with disabilities or HIV/AIDS
Providing scholarships for at-risk youth to attend high school
